Therapist Positions: Full-Time and Part-Time

PsycHealth Services is currently seeking passionate mental health therapists to join our group practice. We have openings for both full-time and part-time positions.

Full-Time Positions:

• Scheduled for 25 sessions per week.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) plan.

Part-Time Positions:

• Scheduled for 15 sessions per week.
• Offers a 401(k) plan but no additional benefits.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to supplement their income or work full-time while enjoying the flexibility to create their own schedules.

All positions will be classified as W-2 employees.

Requirements:

• Current Illinois license (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT). Recent graduates will be considered.
• Prior private practice experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Hours: Work hours and schedules may vary based on patient needs and practice requirements, potentially including some evenings and/or weekends. While therapists are not guaranteed a minimum number of patients or sessions per week, they are expected to maintain at least 10 patient sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by the practice.
